These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Carlo Smith ("we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using The Impossible Life app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
The Impossible Life is an AI-powered coaching and personal-development application. It provides general information, guidance, tracking, content-creation tools, and business tools generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only — it is not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take, including verifying important information with qualified professionals. Content the Service helps you create (such as videos, captions, and pages) is published only after your review and approval, and you are responsible for what you choose to publish.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription, charged when you subscribe; there is no free trial. The standard price is $147 per month. The first 100 Founding Members pay $97 per month and keep that price for as long as that subscription stays active; if a Founding Member's subscription ends and they later rejoin, the standard price applies. From time to time we may also make other promotional, direct, or legacy pricing available; if you subscribe through such an offer, the monthly price is shown at checkout before you subscribe, and that is the price you will be charged. A valid payment method is required. Your subscription renews monthly and your payment method is charged each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (our payment processor, Stripe). Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. Prices may change with advance notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including: no unlawful use; no attempts to break, overload, probe, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other members' data; no account sharing; no use of the Service to harass, deceive, or spam others or to violate platform rules or applicable laws (including consumer-protection, telemarketing, and anti-spam laws where any outreach or publishing features are used).
You own the content you create and provide. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service — to store, process, display, and (only with your approval) publish your content on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
The Service — including its software, design, branding, and coaching frameworks — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership.
The Service depends on third-party providers (such as AI, payments, hosting, and social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party platforms' availability or decisions, including a social platform's handling of content you publish to it.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlo Smith will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
